The RZ Connection provides senior organizing and estate services. All the services described under Residential Services are available but in addition there is a strong emphasis on services of value to seniors and to estate planning.
SENIOR ORGANIZING SERVICES
If you are a senior or a family member of a senior, please call us to lend a hand. We provide assistance in many ways:
- Organize any room in the home, such as the attic, basement, garage, kitchen, etc.
- Organize all closets.
- Organize for safety.
- Help with paperwork, bills, insurance filing, the computer, etc.
- If moving or rightsizing, we can be the moving consultant, taking care of every-thing from beginning to end, and ensuring that the entire experience is a smooth one.
ESTATE ORGANIZING SERVICES
We understand that preparing an estate for sale can be difficult, time consuming and emotionally exhausting. We can help you by:
- Sorting and managing estate paperwork and handling correspondence.
- Taking Inventory of personal property items.
- Handling the sale and/or donation of all items.
- Readying the property for sale: from cleaning and repairs to staging.
- Providing ongoing assistance to executor, heirs & legal counsel.
